Open a Dispute to request a refund, if you were unable to resolve the problem with the seller, you can submit a refund request form.

If you are not satisfied with the seller’s solutions, you can Escalate the Dispute to us.

Note that if you use PayPal in your transaction, you are also subject to PayPal’s Buyer and Fraud Protection
